Raise requisitions and purchase orders to registered suppliers. The order connects to receiving so what arrives is always compared against what was ordered.

Maintain the supplier registry and terms on the platform's master data. Procurement and Accounts Payable operate on this same master, with no parallel lists.

Record goods receipt against the purchase order and apply inbound quality control. Approved goods enter the stock ledger as a traceable stock movement.

Keep the ledger of stock movements, calculate available to promise (ATP), and manage reservations against orders. Every stock entry is idempotent and governed: a dispatch without its approval gate is rejected by structure, and reversal is an explicit command, also approved.

Value inventory movements and build the cost of goods sold charge. That cost posts to accounting as a journal entry, with the calculation done deterministically.

Ingest condition readings (temperature and environment) and detect excursions when they go out of range. Every excursion is recorded and acknowledged, leaving the evidence that sensitive product handling requires.
